With Intercooler Core dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and an impressive total volume of 20.65 liters, this Intercooler offers a massive 162% larger flow area and an impressive 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock Intercooler. The high-quality Tube Fin Core with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling and maximum Performance.
Despite its imposing size, the Intercooler impressed with a total weight of only 13.2 kg. The cast Aluminum end boxes were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure optimum airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure to keep your BMW Z4 35i(s) running at peak Performance.
The EVO III Competition Intercooler Kit was developed specifically to meet the high demands of large tuning stages on the BMW Z4 35i(s). It contains reinForced silicone hoses and eliminates the original click Connections. The Connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to ?70mm to ensure optimal airflow. Each of our Intercoolers is finished with a high quality anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation of this completely ready-to-install Kit is a breeze. Simply replace the stock Intercooler with the EVO III Competition high Performance Intercooler - plug and play. Please note that due to the extreme size of the radiator, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be required.
