Our high-Performance Intercooler was specially developed For the demanding 2.9 liter V6 biTurbo engine (VW EA839) of the Audi RS4/RS5 models. It replaces the standard Water-Cooled Intercooler and offers you a multitude of advantages.
With our new Performance Intercooler Core, measuring 222mm x 200mm x 120mm, we have increased the outer Core volume by an impressive 185%. Due to the optimal ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface, we ensure maximum heat transfer and optimal internal air flow. The cast Aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and perfected with the help of CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
