With the impressive Intercooler mesh dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) and a total volume of 16,500 cm?, it offers an incredible flow area that is 84% larger than the standard Intercooler. That means an amazing 101% increase in charge air volume.
Our newly developed Competition high-Performance Core ensures optimal air supply to adjacent components such as the Water cooler. With its high-quality tube fin Core and internal turbulators, it ensures efficient cooling. The cast Aluminum end boxes have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CFD system to ensure the best cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure that the Intercooler is filled evenly. This Kit was specially developed For Racing and offers optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in Performance. All our Intercoolers are equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Despite its high Performance, our Intercooler is surprisingly light thanks to the new Competition high-Performance Core and Forms a stable unit with the original crossbar.
